Wednesday 27 June 2012 Keep praying for the situation in Syria. Pray for ordinary people who have been affected by the war there, losing loved ones, homes, livelihoods, etc. Lift up those who are grieving or suffering because of violence. Pray that both the army and the rebels would respect human life and that soldiers on either side would have courage to resist harming civilians. Tamusni.org is a ministry website similar to Maarifa but in the Kabyle language, which is spoken by 5 to 7 million worldwide. Most Kabyles can be found in Algeria, where there has been a huge growth in Christianity over the past twenty years or so. Launched five years ago, Tamusni seeks to present the gospel and engage Kabyle people in conversation about spiritual things.
